인트라게임즈(대표 배상찬)는 유비소프트(지사장 홍수정)와 협력하여 PlayStatiton®4용 오픈월드 액션게임 “Watch_Dogs Complete Edition(이하 ‘와치독 컴플리트 에디션’)를 7월 1일에 발매한다고 밝혔다.
“와치독”은 가상의 도시, 시카고의 관리 시스템 ‘ctOS’를 해킹하여 모든 기능과 정보를 통제하며 거대한 음모와 맞서 싸우는 천재 해커 ‘에이든 피어스’의 이야기를 그린 오픈월드 액션게임이다. 본 게임은 일원화된 시스템이 현대 사회에 미칠 수 있는 영향에 대해 경고하는 메시지를 담은 스토리와 획기적인 게임플레이로 화제를 불러일으켰을 뿐만 아니라, E3 2012에서는 약 100개 부문에서 수상 및 후보로 선정되는 기록을 세웠다.
본 게임은 지금까지 판매 또는 배포되었던 모든 DLC(Bad Blood, 음모 및 추가 콘텐츠)를 수록한 완전판 “와치독 컴플리트 에디션”으로 국내 정식 발매 예정이다. 제품의 선주문 판매는 6월 24일부터 6월 29일까지 진행하며, 발매 당일 이후부터 전국 온/오프라인 매장에서 구입할 수 있다.
